Extreme Warning - March, 2016

On March 5, downloaded the "lite" rendition of Photo Covers. Found there were a number of projects saying if I wanted to do that, I would have to download the "pro" version. I then downloaded and purchased the "full" edition. Although its a simple framework, it didnt act any different then the "lite" rendition. The finished size is way too big for the new Facebook cover and the profile picture frame does not adhere to the cover once saved. I have written three letters for help in the place provided and have not received a solution or help to any of my requests. I even asked if there is no solution, would they kindly reimburse my account. No reply whatsoever.
